I have over nineteen years of experience in mechanical engineering including ten years as an engineering lead. As a manager of design department in Zamak Mercator I developed and introduced to production many innovative designs including two big production lines for coating optical fibers and family of modern laboratory twin screw extruders which were delivered to many technical universities and research centers in Poland and Europe. In UTC Aerospace Systems I was involved in a few important projects for aircrafts actuation systems and cooperated with BUs from UK and France. In 2013 I was awarded with “UTC Leader of the future” for being a good ambassador of Wrocław site in the cooperation with one of UTC Business Unit from France. I am author / co-autor of six patents for the aerospace including very innovative, high efficient electromechanical actuator. In DeLaval I am responsible for development of the vacuum and milk transport systems. I cooperate with engineers from Sweden, USA and China.
