Expert in promoting and implementing sustainability programs and responsibility practices in supply chains (in agriculture, energy, textiles, and forestry, among others) from small producers, independent farmers, industry associations, diverse related stakeholders to more developed companies in agro industrial, agricultural and biofuels businesses.For every industry production standard, I am able to map the main players as farming and raw material producers, industrial associations, to further engage them to also key interested traders and end buyers of sustainable commodities and supporting agencies, both governmental and non-governmental organizations which would open clear paths of interest not only certification-wise but for the implementation of the best practices, ensuring in most cases sponsoring programs from local and international cooperation.Since my work with sustainability and other certification programs, I am able to identify the social, environmental and organizational challenges of each player in the supply chain to implement and lead successful changes in management and production, to transform the different layers of an organization towards responsible practices, and that there is a need for an optimum balance between industry requirements and the consolidating trends of social and environmental inclusion that should be efficiently defined and executed within the framework of sustainability standards.
