Leads the team overseeing the assurance of American Airlines customer experience standards on it’s regional partners.

As a yield manager, I managed a team of 8 overseeing $2 billion annually in the Revenue Management Department at American Airlines. Through diligent data manipulation and analysis, I devised and implemented yield management and pricing strategies to consistently maximize unit revenue growth.

I was a key part of the due diligence into a Series D investment opportunity. I led the financial and market analysis while reporting directly to the Managing Director. Other projects included financial analysis into investment opportunities in waste to energy technologies and landfill gas to energy technologies

I worked as a consultant whose primary projects included: 1. initiating and leading Los Angeles County's Smart Business Recycling Program 2. providing litigation support to the US Environmental Protection Agency in their efforts to recover cleanup costs from potentially responsible parties 3. leading field teams as part of a California Public Utilities Commission Lighting Program Study

I oversaw franchise agreements with several Southern California municipalities and served as a company liaison to the cities we served and their leaders. I led community outreach efforts to the local communities and ensured compliance with California recycling mandates.
