At SML, I oversee Key Account Management, Product Development, and Graphic Design teams, managing Global Product Development projects for packaging products developed for USA-based retailers and Global brand owners. My role involves collaborating with global teams in Asia, the America's, and Europe, supporting our sales team with customer visits and presentations, directly impacting business development. In Key Account Management, I ensure the needs of our key accounts are met with meticulous attention to detail, spanning customer service, on-time delivery, customer care, business development, and innovation. Managing USA-based development and Key account management teams, I establish and enforce workflow procedures for error-free product development aligning with quality and costing expectations. Additionally, I lead troubleshooting, continuous improvement initiatives, and innovative re-design projects, emphasizing brand protection, sustainability, and redevelopment with brand owners.

Responsible for global product development workflows related to trims and labels as well as for packaging for both Soft lines and Hard lines, At Shore2Shore I was responsible for the start up and management of their European HQ Office located in Amsterdam the Netherlands, late 2007 the company made a business decision to pull out of Europe to focus on the America's, I was challenged to wrap up our entire operation before I was given the opportunity to transfer from Amsterdam to New York to head up the USA Product development & Art department.
