Leading a multi-functional team to deliver different project solutions and product features based on the stakeholders requirement’s and the market trends, using agile methodologies - ● Leading a multi functional team composed of Full Stack developers, Engineers and QA testers. Working in short term sprints, delivering high quality API integrations, product features and new solutions for existing customers. ● Estimating, planning and executing projects all the way from first contact through development, QA testing, user acceptance tests and going live. ● Supporting the Markets BA & Product team in improving product designs, ownership and future content developments. ● All across the board communication with both vendors and customers, projects and product managers, Markets and R&D leads, supporting new and ongoing projects.

As a tech lead in Bolt, I managed a group of BA's, QA's and developers, and my main responsibilities are:● Designing change requests in Features and User stories according the customer's requirements.● Working with stakeholders to keep them informed on progress, changes or new features. ● Conducting detailed testing (including Automation testing) to ensure that each component works perfectly and is fully compatible with other components. ● Ongoing design improvements of live B2B and B2C API integrations.● Identifying potential system failures, provide quick solutions and troubleshooting reports. ● Performing A/B testing as part of our new integrations.● Analyzing user feedback and making improvements or changes if necessary. ● Developing new tools and capabilities to improve the markets integration process.● Creating and implementing quality assurance processes to maintain the high quality of our products. ● Monitoring and maintaining the performance of bolt insurance platforms to guarantee smooth operation.

Responsible for multiple SAAS platform-projects, leveraging the US insurance market customers:● Leading cross-functional integrations of web services, API implementations and technical solutions across entire project life cycle – from R&D to postproduction maintenance.● Performing gap analysis, translating customer needs into technical specifications and prioritizing requirements into actionable business insights.● Defining, monitoring and supporting QA work flows.● Managing relationships with high-profile carriers regarding integration status and live demos.● Optimizing projects success by proactively conducting frequent KPI analysis.
