Each industry has unique definitions, but the common thread is my ability to assess, plan, and implement strategies in corporate and project governance, accounting and finance, and law. My strategic thinking allows me to solve unique challenges, making me a trusted advisor to the chairmen and CEOs of six major Hollywood studios. Having worked with McKinsey and PwC as a Subject Matter Expert, I seized the opportunity to serve as Interim President of Physical Production for Columbia/TriStar Pictures when it arose. I implemented cost-cutting techniques and resolved legal bottlenecks, leading Sony Pictures to be the first studio to gross $1 billion at the box office. Subsequently, I returned to Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. as an EVP, overseeing all physical production activities in the Pacific Rim, including the monumental production of Titanic.I can contribute at all stages, from early development aligned with venture capital stages (FIFO), to monitoring and reporting in line with treasury functions (FILO), to expansion, change, and turnaround in sync with private equity stages (LILO).My reputation hinges on my ability to think broadly and critically, rather than manage.
