CurrentProvision of high level of technical support and advice for day-to-day activities and projects.Responsible for build, management and maintenance of machines built with Microsoft SCCM 2012, with a mixture of Windows XP and Windows 7 64-bit in the fleet.Regularly interact with a variety of systems including SCCM 2012, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy and Preferences, application package and deployment.Have some programming skills and have put them to use creating VBScript/HTA programs to automate common support tasks.
