The project will connect any sensor, person and vehicle, and will use all possible information to improve the user mobility, through a complete network and services platform for an Internet of Things real deployment in a smart city.

Worked for BEST Coimbra as one of the two Main Organizers of the Summer Course 2016 “Take me to the Stars”. The course goal was to bring about 22 European students to Coimbra for 13 days event so they could learn more about Astronomy and Astrotechnology.The teaching component was provided by University professors and area professionals. In this international course, participants were expected to acquire basic/intermediate concepts in the area of Astronomy and technology associated with observation and information processing of celestial phenomena and space technology applied on earth.In order to achieve this objective, a transversal academic framework consisted of practical and field sessions, theoretical sessions and lectures, and visits to related companies.The course, in addition to the scientific component, also included several social and cultural activities, thus allowing participants to discover the Portuguese and Coimbra culture and to be in touch with students from other countries.For the providing the students of Europe with a Summer Course of high quality, we received a Red Apple Award.
