My personal and professional north star is to maximize the lives of people and the communities they live in.I am the son of immigrants and the first in my family to graduate from college. I am no stranger to the struggles and triumphs of being a first-generation Latino, toiling alongside fellow migrant farm workers in the agricultural fields of California’s San Joaquin Valley. I am a passionate advocate for racial equity, diversity and inclusion and understand how much representation matters. I bring a true passion for engaging entrepreneurial communities, along with the experience of merging leadership and operational excellent with solid non-profit, start-up consulting and executive tenure with market leader Apple Inc.
