With over 10 years of experience working in the tech industry for SaaS companies, I have come to develop a set of skills with a wide scope. Going from the ability to provide complex technical support, passing through software onboarding and implementation, to channel sales operations. These skills have allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of processes that stem from both the technical, as well as the admin side of the business. In addition, I’ve used my bilingual skills along the way when needed, providing customer support in native Spanish, traveling abroad to complete onboarding and implementation in Spanish-speaking countries and, as of late, working with our Channel Partners in Latin America to further the expansion of the business in that emerging market.
