It Financial Project Analyst Co-Op
Current- Conduct weekly financial meetings with Project Managers, reviewing resource allocations, actuals, open POs, and pending contracts to ensure project alignment.
- Analyze spending variances to maintain project spending within 3% of the approved budget while ensuring proper capitalization and expensing.
- Deliver monthly financial reports, including Reconciliation Analysis and Accruals, to support project financial monitoring.
- Utilize PowerBI and Clarity for effective financial tracking and reporting, enhancing information accuracy.
- Conduct reconciliation analysis to investigate spending variances and improve financial planning and accountability.
