Intern who provided support to the social businesses of the organization, Artisanelle Store and Café Bouleau. This included:- Bring support in the buying sessions with suppliers and vendors from South America and Central America. - Guide the suppliers and vendors in the purchase procedure established by the organization.- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. - Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.- Prepare and submit purchase orders and commercial invoices.- Coordinate shipments of goods to Canada, ensuring that fulfill customs requirements for the import process.- Track and monitor shipments.- Resolve shipment issues as they arise. - Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities on Airtable.- Prepare reports on procurement activities for each buying session.
