Returning to Etteplan with new responsibilities and more focus on plastics and innovation. Function as team leader and liaison between local customer and Etteplan China.Worked 6 months for SAAB Training (defense industry) in Huskvarna (Sweden) with construction of testing fixtures, cables and failure investigations.Worked 4 months supporting Bosch in Tranås (Sweden) with plastics design for a range of heat pumps which involved investigations in air flow performance and testing.Currently supporting the Husqvarna cylinder and piston team redesigning cylinders.Involved in numerous projects as plastics and innovation specialist for Etteplan.

Started my own business and worked as mechanical engineer mainly for Husqvarna as consultant with cylinder, piston and flywheel design. Increasingly involved in investigating product failures and proposing solutions based on FEM analysis. Operated a 3D printer and offered customers high quality CAD files for design elements.

Creation of 2D and 3D for shifter trim (knobs, panels, boots) in CATIA V5.

Mechanical design for Husqvarna. Plastic chassi for chainsaw, die cast cylinders and pistons.

Project coordinator as consultant for Valeo Engine Cooling. Production planning for and communication with factories in Poland and France in concert with the customer - Volvo, Ford and Jaguar. In 2007 Teknikpartner was acquired by Etteplan and I asked for transfer to the Jönköping office.

-Creating 3D and 2D (CATIA V5) for plastic parts and sandwich panels. Mostly interior parts for Volvo Car Corporation and Volvo Trucks. Involved working with the customer ID and engineering departments, supporting tooling on site in China and prodution in Sweden and in the Czech Republic.-Factory layout for Cardo Doors in Gothenburg. Worked in 2D to plan production of industrial doors which involved moving existing equipment and material from previous factory location.
