The District Sales Manager is responsible for all sales priorities and initiatives within their territory for their Small Format customers. The District Sales Manager is also responsible for the management, coaching, and support of the Sales Development Managers within their territory. I’m responsible for:• The execution of all sales priorities and initiatives for small format customers in Downtown Toronto.• Understanding the P&L and managing budgets.• Responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Managers.• Coaching and developing the team of direct reports while ensuring a culture of learning and development exists throughout the selling organization.• Responsible for relationships with accounts serving as the connection point with Sales area leadership in operations.• Regular interaction with store level and local chain leaders. Responsible for translating strategic priorities into operational execution in outlets and across Mississauga, Burlington, and Oakville. Responsible for ensuring entire Large Store customer base is in an “in-stock” shelf position with respect to all CCR products in order to capture maximum sales and ensure these products are executed to CCR standards. Also responsible for training, evaluating, developing, and leading a team of full-time and part-time sales execution associates and merchandisers. Responsible for managing labour costs and budget.

Responsible for identifying and selling against opportunities within Coca-Cola’s small store format. Required to maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexity of the channels and building relationships with customers. Also responsible for finding new local small store customers. Currently overseeing two of the largest small store accounts within Hamilton. Responsible for translating strategic priorities into operational execution in outlets and across an assigned area.
