I co-founded and ran Objetiva, a consultancy in Brazil, for three years. We specialized in problematic or late projects, working with diverse teams and products - from government software to startup MVPs. I'm proud to have kept our team small, profitable from day one, and delivering all projects on time.

At that time, eGenial was one of the leading online tech training platforms in Brazil. I worked as instructor and program manager in charge of coming up with new courses, finding and managing the instructors. We went from 4 active courses to more than 15 in less than 6 months. I had the opportunity to teach Flex, Ruby, Rails, TDD, Javascript, CSS and GIT.
