I have extensive experience in Financial Planning and Strategic and Project Management, having worked for 23 years in a leading multinational company. Over this time, I’ve developed a robust set of skills in Cost and Financial Planning, Project Leadership and Governance, and Strategy Development and Implementation, including 10 years in team leadership. As a Project Leader, I have spearheaded initiatives that increased productivity and efficiency in plant production and agronomy/tobacco, and simplified financial planning by focusing on budget processes and monthly reviews. My broad experience includes implementing significant projects such as simplifying processes and upgrading electronic systems, which resulted in reduced operating costs and greater control.In 2018, I was invited to take on a temporary assignment in Argentina to lead the team in Financial Planning, Production Planning, and Tobacco Export for a year. I returned to Brazil in 2019 to lead innovation projects in the continuous and mechanized production of tobacco in the Northeast region, the largest tobacco production area in the world, in partnership with a single farm.This solid experience in financial planning is complemented by a strategic acumen for guiding projects in line with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
