Independent design related to machinery and staffed projects. Creating various pieces on equipment for the Huggies baby wipes forming machines. This work also involved process improvement designs to decrease waste generated due to process variability of wetting agents on the fabrics. I had the opportunity to develop a CFD model for the fluid flow analysis through existing systems, and made design changes to increase consistency.

This opportunity allowed me to design various pieces of equipment for non-woven forming machines, which create the base materials for diapers, medical fabrics and personal hygiene products.
