I lead all user experience for Music, Podcasts and Gen AI Music features for YouTube.

Led UX and visual design direction of key features of the System UI for Android for the Nexus phone program. Was a strong partner cross-Google to work with multiple product areas to shepherd their features and give design guidance on integrating with the Android platform. Led key innovation and design efforts for the launch of the first Pixel phone, Google’s first bespoke phone released in the market. Lastly, was a creative partner with our hardware and marketing teams to develop Pixel’s brand for this important launch.

Led a team of designers, researchers and front end developers who are envisioning & implementing new products for the Salesforce Service Cloud.

I created the vision, then design-directed the initial release & shipping of the Adobe Marketing Cloud. The initiative was to unify the many acquisitions that Adobe had made in the digital marketing space into a focused set of solutions for campaign management, social marketing and content management. I gave creative direction, mentored designers, assisted with design implementation, and collaborated tightly with engineers to produce the optimal solution.

Led the work on the visual and interaction design for the tenth release of Adobe Acrobat & Reader. I conducted brainstorming sessions between our product management and design team, collaborated with engineering leads, and drove research back into design with user testing.

Was responsible for all aspects of visual design for a series of products for America Online as they moved into the broadband services market. Designed the interfaces, stylistic treatments and components for AOL's next generation of client software, browser, messaging applications and RSS feed screensavers. Also, art directed icon designers and junior designers to develop assets for the diverse brands and products within America Online.

Led a series of graphic and exhibit design projects within Leo A Daly on a freelance basis for a period of seven months. Worked with interior designers and architects on projects ranging from wayfinding systems, book design, interior graphics and custom product design for the architecture firm's clientele.

Instructed students in the Graphic Design program. As Visiting Lecturer, I introduced students to the digital environment and interface design, while focusing their typographic and color skills. In this unique environment, I offered creative direction and oversaw the schedule of all projects, while I enhanced my own presentation and leadership skills.

Designed zoloft.com and zyrtec.com web-sites for the pharmaceutical company, Pfizer. Developed designs and architected content to envision and produce both sites and their Flash components. I directed designers on these and other web projects over a seven month period. This allowed me to take on a leadership role while being able to design on the projects as well.

Produced extensions of large scale corporate identity projects to the web. I Worked closely with design directors, interfaced with clients, and led junior designers in the development of sketches. This was also my introduction to the development of intelligent information architecture. Clients include: American Express, Mirant, T. Rowe Price, and Toys'R Us.
