As of 2024, I currently manage the Avenir group of companies which include:- Avenir Homes, a real estate investment firm and co-living operator with 120+ tenants, - Avenir Tax, an accounting and financial advisory firm, and - Avenir Staffing, an agency that offers scalable outsourcing solutions. These companies work together to create affordable housing options and job opportunities while providing our investors above-average, tax-efficient returns. I'm passionate about creating products or services that people love. With my background in sales, marketing, and data analysis, I seek to understand what consumers want and deliver memorable experiences that they'll want to share. I'm a big systems thinker, focusing on ways to streamline operations and design resilient systems that generate results at scale. Coming from California, which has the nation's largest homeless population, I'm in the process of building up both a financial bedrock and network of donors/volunteers to support organizations working to address the issue of homelessness and need for affordable housing. I'm particularly supportive of the LA-based Chrysalis non-profit, which provides employment services to homeless individuals or those at-risk.
