As an individual who is highly motivated and passionate in regards to success in my fields of work and education, I am a believer in doing the things (ethically) that others will not. For me this means taking on new challenges and always going above and beyond what is required to make a positive impact wherever I go. I am a second year TRU student studying both chemical biology and business management. I also own and operate a small online business which sells botanical products for research. Aside from my education and business, I am also a very proud employee at Natures Fare in Kamloops working in multiple customer service departments. It is a job I am very passionate about as a B certified company which has a very positive impact on the community and sets an excellent example to other businesses in the grocery and supplement markets of what it means to be socially responsible.My goals in terms of education and profession are to eventually start a pharmaceutical research company while always continuing my education to stay on top of a rapidly changing and growing knowledge base so I am always able to make the best impact I can. Secondary to this, I plan to start an organization to direct funding to environmental protection, sustainability, and wildlife conservation initiatives in order to initiate further change in an area that desperately needs attention.
