Responsibilities- Monitor and Manage Projects from day to day, week to week, sprint to sprint, phase to phase, project to project.- Manage Cross-Functional Teams across Multiple Concurrent Projects. - Schedule Project Critical Path Timelines. - Work with Director of Project Management to follow and improve existing processes.- Communicate Effectively (Written and Oral) with Stakeholders on the Project Status, Challenges, and Solutions.- Conduct Internal and External Training on Project Management Principles and Agile Development Methodologies.- Conduct Internal and External Training on Project Management Principles and Agile Development Methodologies.

Responsibilities - Manage Schedules, Sprints, Backlogs, for Multiple Projects. - Work Closely with Developers, Designers, Artists, and Senior Management to Align Product Roadmap.- Train All Members of Staff on All Things Scrum.- Design, Develop, and Implement Metrics for Tracking Individual and Collective Team Performance".- Lead and Conduct Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Daily Standups. - Monitor and Track Sprint Backlogs and Burndown Charts.
