Responsible for development and implementation of organizations strategic marketing. Tasked with pushing product offering through focused industry sectors. Continually evaluate the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market conditions. Focused on product life cycle and ensuring inventory optimization delivers highest possible rate of return to business.

Responsible for managing the waterproofing and deck membrane product lines life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan while working with all departments to execute.

This is the same role as with Degussa Building Systems. Degussa Building Systems was acquired by BASF. In this role I am resposible for managing a team that is responsible for all Marketing Communications activities, including website development and management, advertising and tradeshows, graphic design and production, public/media relations, print purchasing and fulfillment, as well as the applied sample program. I'm also responsible for the budgeting, the hiring and managing of external resources, and the creation and maintenance of our brand identity.Building Systems is the premier provider of solutions to the building and construction industry.
