Doing things because 'we've always done them' frustrates me, and successfully eliminating unnecessary duplication and bureaucracy is something I find truly satisfying, especially when it leads to increased efficiency and morale.I love working in Asia Pacific, spending time with many different people in different cultures and working out how to be successful in a hugely diverse region.
