As a Risk Professional Trainee at NFU Mutual, I am passionate about learning new skills and delivering high quality work in various areas of risk management, such as business continuity, compliance, and financial crime investigations. I have worked with different teams within the Group Compliance department, providing consultancy, assurance, and support to the business. As well as being a part of the Business Continuity team helping to run exercises, provide support and work with various stakeholders across the business. I graduated from the University of Lincoln with a 2:1 degree in Business and Management, where I developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. I also gained valuable work experience as a sales assistant and a customer service assistant, enhancing my organisation, planning, and teamwork skills. I am motivated by challenges and opportunities to grow and contribute to the organisation's goals and values.
