In this role I led the APAC region in the implementation of APO SNP. This role allowed me to continue to develop my knowledge of the overall process and the key factors for success for implementation of new systems and processes.The expectation of the role were to:• Represent the APAC markets and sites to ensure that the global solution meets any legal or statutory requirements. • Identify local deviations to global SNP process with the business.• Work with other regional project towers and represent the SNP tower to ensure that their design is aligned with the global SNP solution. • Support testing by identifying regional test scenarios, writing test scripts, execution of tests and review/approve all regional test results.• Develop and provide training to end users.• Identify change management requirements and necessary communication to business.• Provide input to cut-over plan, critical cut-over actions and ensure all regional specific activities are captured and tracked.• Hypercare Act as regional super-user during (continuous) hyper-care.Whilst in the role:• I met and exceeded all expectations while working remotely as part of a global project team with members based throughout the world. • I successfully rolled out SNP and led hyper-care for the APAC region with minimal disruption to the business.• I helped develop and provided global end user training for APO DP & SNP. • I supported the interim state planning process for when markets had moved to the SAP ECC system but were still using the legacy planning system.

The expectations of the role were to: • Manage all "re-pack products" (finished, materials & gifts) within the personal care portfolio which included around 500 SKU's.• Manage the tender process for all jobs awarded to re-pack and packaging suppliers.• Develop and manage relationships with re-pack and packaging suppliers.• Monitor KPI's and review performance of all re-pack and packaging suppliers.• Attend to additional objectives related to several concurrent projects which required interfacing with stakeholders on new promotions via the new SKU proposal funnel.Whilst in the role:• I exceeded service targets by providing a 99.89% service level (target 98.5%).• I achieved cost saving of £392,000 in 2011. • I delivered growth on Christmas by ensuring that capacity and suppliers’ resources were best utilised to re-pack 14 million units.• I coached a member of the repack team to deliver a successful Christmas in 2012.• I received the HPC hero award three times (recognition from peers and management of outstanding work that delivered results). • I successfully managed several ad hoc high profile rework jobs e.g. one million units of a SKU whilst preventing customer failures.
