* Drives innovation and transformation on Library Services, platforms and spaces that impact users experience.* Provides leadership on creation of a more responsive Library for the Teaching & Learning community * Leads Operations and strategic direction on Library budgeting and planning* Copyright Custodian for the Polytechnic to educate and propagate its awareness and literacy* Applies visionary leadership on all facets of Library solutioning such as: early adoption of analytics for services; budget planning and savings; incorporations of design thinking and creation of Library Champion consisting of students to facilitate development of services by students for students; assembly of a multi-disciplinary group to pilot a service robot at the Library; improves productivity using Robotic Process Automation, etc.
