As Founder and CEO of Machshava Tova, I transformed a social idea into a non-profit organization with over 100 employees and a multi-million shekel budget. The organization, founded in 2003, bridges the digital divide in Israeli society by establishing computer centers in underprivileged neighborhoods. This experience shaped my entrepreneurial skills and allowed me to lead impactful social change through technology.
