I am a procurement and supply chain enthusiast and have the privilege to lead BCG’s procurement business line globally and to serve as the CEO of INVERTO, a BCG company.My work focuses on value delivery by putting suppliers at the core. Value delivery for me is much more than cost savings, but focuses equally on sustainability, innovation, quality, speed and resilient supply chains. In my work, I put a lot of focus on the enabling dimensions: the operating model and digital enablers. As of today I have published two books ("Profit from the Source" and "Jumpstart to Digital Procurement") and I have been a proud co-author of several WEF publications on Sustainability.
