I am passionate about building, scaling and maximizing value for consumer companies that have incredible products and create deep connections with their customers. I am also fascinated by business leadership & management and how individual habits and rituals can consistently enable high levels of performance over a long period of time. I'm a huge fan of whole-foods, plant-based lifestyles, functional fitness, and longevity. I love studying the way that diet, exercise and lifestyle support individual performance, both professionally and personally.Currently, I am the CFO at Kate Farms, a leading plant-based nutrition company that provides organic, clinically proven formulas and shakes for people with medical and dietary needs. I joined Kate Farms in 2023, bringing over 16 years of experience in finance, strategy, and corporate development across the consumer, health, and technology sectors. I also serve as a mentor to startup companies in the consumer, health, and technology industries. Previously, I was the CFO of Oura Health, lead the corporate finance & development practice at Sonos, and worked in the investment banking industry before all of that.
