Stepped in at the end of Q2 2022 when year-to-date revenue was down 42% over 2021. During Q3, I redesigned processes and workflows around customer support and sales to plug losses and to lead Calico Spanish back from the early deficit in revenue. Stabilized systems and grew sales by 54% in the second half of 2022 to bring revenue to within 7% of 2021 year-end numbers. Manage the sales, customer relations, and dev teams. Worked directly with CEO Igor Vaks to help CreatorIQ secure funding in their Series D round. CreatorIQ's funding round closed with a $40M investment from Unilever Ventures, TVC Capital, Silver Lake Waterman, Kayne Partners, and Affinity Group.

Sourced leads through outbound and inbound activity and managed deals from opportunity to close within the pipeline. Brought in key brands including On Running, Marmot, Grande Cosmetics, 1822 Denim, Tailwind Nutrition, etc.
