As an Outside New Truck Sales Representative I am responsible for prospecting and generating Freightliner sales as well as developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with existing clients including, single owner-operator customers, large fleet customers, municipalities and government customers.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Freightliner products and pricing while identifying leads, managing prospects and acquiring new business. Exceed new business sales goals and prospects activities to secure first and follow up appointments.Prepare and deliver proposals/presentations to customers and key decision makers also prepare and drafts Sales Agreements to complete the sale in a timely manner. Review all specs on trucks and determines if end product is viable. Develop and maintain an awareness of the market behavior and competitive trends and responds accordingly.
