Counseled Massachusetts banks in connection with regulatory due diligence for M&A transactions.Editor for Nutter's "Fintech in Brief" publication advising financial institutions on policy and regulatory developments in the fintech space.Maintained active pro bono practice including representation of New Hampshire Veterans group in First Amendment challenge in federal court; made oral argument in support of motions to intervene and dismiss.
