About Daniel Ott

Too many people complain about the headaches and nightmares surrounding the construction or renovation of their home. We believe that most of these issues can be completely avoided with the implementation of proper planning.I have a background in residential contracting, from field work, to construction management, to sales, to design. I have been honing my design skills for over 10 years, and am quite competent in all things residential design / construction. At White Willow Design, we offer many planning services other than just design. We will do pre-design consultations to help you develop a budget and a project that is right for you. We will design several B&W architectural concepts, bringing one to final design. Final design may include construction materials selections, full colour renderings, kitchen layouts, furniture layouts, interior design, exterior design, and landscape design. Permit drawing drafting services are also offered both from our designs and from 3rd party concepts. White Willow will act on behalf of either the client or the contractor to obtain the building permit and all surrounding documentation. Finally, we will help you as a private client to find the right contractor for you, ordering materials, and helping to manage the project to completion.

    We build tiny homes!Now, tiny homes may not meet most Ontario by-laws in the traditional sense of the term, but we are using our unique experience doing so many different types of homes over the years to work tiny homes into the landscape one way or the other. Our core business is building pre-fabricated backyard homes for Hamilton, Toronto, Kitchener, Lincoln, London, and the list keeps growing! We build in a factory and ship to site.
