I founded Oyster Partnership in 2004 and grew the business entirely organically, from a total start-up, to one of the leading, privately-owned recruitment companies in the UK. No external investment. This was achieved though the key philosophy of building the organisation strategically around the people who work within it. All of our incredible management team, including our inspirational CEO, Sasza Bandiera, who now leads the business (also now a partner and shareholder, as are many of our senior people) have risen up through this methodology. Our focus on quickly delivering clients the best people for their business requires a progressive approach; one with business intelligence, integrity and clear communication at the centre.In 2016, I began the handover of the running of the day to day business to Sasza Bandiera and in 2023, fully stepped back to the role of Chairman, with Sasza in the role of CEO, running the entire business operationally.

Northside House is an award-winning collective of those passionate about creativity. We have built and continue to build, a group of people, dedicated to opening up the literature & publishing industry for any creative writers and connecting these writers to film/tv/media. Our growing network contains authors, screenwriters, global literature business partners, tv/media/film commissioning editors/directors/producers and the list goes on. All have shown support for the Northside House ethos; the desire to open up opportunities to any talented author irrespective of where they are from, who they are, ‘how’ they write and even those authors who “don’t realise they are authors”. This ethos means we meet and work with many authors who have created fresh, standout, genuine and brilliant works written without a ‘trained template’, in new styles and in varied, exciting ways. This also is something the tv/media/film industry is desperate for….new passion. We want to forge a new future without pretension or barriers. Uniquely, we partner our authors on their individual works only, therefore not restricting them themselves and enabling a freedom for them to work with others, on other projects and through other parties. Northside House already has a strong stable of authors both in fiction and non-fiction, many of whom we have worked with on their first real piece. This is because we aim to give a platform to authors who are often overlooked or missed, due to not having the usual background or contacts that, until now was almost pre-requisite. We work with real, passionate, genuine people and help them, giving them an opportunity for their work to become published and further into media. Northside House will partner an author on the novel they have passionately created and use its knowledge, experience and network to open opportunities for you to be published, to be optioned, to adapt for tv/film. Everything is possible.

British Veteran Owned is a social enterprise and is run as a not-for-profit organisation with a key mission of supporting ex-forces veterans through entrepreneurship. Our organisation stands on a bedrock of camaraderie and mutual support, aiming to furnish meaningful and sustainable business opportunities for those who have served.We raise money through sponsorships, partnerships, and products, which are reinvested into the organisation to cover running costs and drive consumers to veteran-owned businesses. Our goal is to create meaningful opportunities for veterans to succeed in their businesses and make a positive impact in their communities, helping veterans succeed and thrive.

Succeeded and held landmark launch event in the Houses of Parliament attended by MP's, Senior Advisors & SPADS from all parties.Mace’s audience and market were the stakeholders, influencers and decision makers in and around Westminster and Whitehall – and all those who seek to reach them.

On Radio 1 playlists and had several film credits including ‘Its all gone Pete Tong’. 2005, Awarded best club music label by DJ Magazine Moscow. Sold Berwick Street Records to a larger label in November 2011.
