My experience includes advising on public policy, financing plans, rating agency and credit enhancement strategy, publicly issued municipal bonds, privately placed bank loans and federal government loans and investments and investment management.My skills include the integration of development plans, operational and operational projections and financial requirements to achieve success. I have managed large financial and development teams to accomplish large infrastructure financing projects on time and on budget.I am experienced in both the private and public sectors, as well as the legal, advisory and banking industries. I've been a public finance attorney, an advisor in government finance and now an executive with the Los Angeles County Treasurer and Tax Collector. I have managed more than $20 billion of financings and hundreds of projects as well as managing investments with AUM of over $50 billion.
