As a self-taught photographer, I was enthusiastic about capturing the everyday moments of people’s lives. Photographing weddings, families, and children were by far my most favorite subjects. Cisco was redesigning and expanding its Operations Exchange Community (OEC)—a self-service Web portal for 70k+ internal/external customers and partners. My role was to develop project plans to drive content, resources, processes, and business operations to support of the redesign, expansion, maintenance, and stakeholder on-boarding. I also developed accurate quotes and reports in Microsoft Excel.
