Our team's mission is to empower the rest of the organization with insight about our products and our customers' success through data analysis.Responsible for a team of analysts that work with our product teams to leverage data in the product development process.

Responsible for free and paid aspects of HubSpot's sales platform. I directly worked with three product teams focused on installed client software, back end services, and our web applications. Focused on our free product serving hundreds of thousands of users, as well as our flagship $50 / user / month upgraded experience.

One of the founding team members of the growth team within HubSpot's sales division. I performed user research and analysis to develop personas in support of our growth strategy. As a Product Manager, I was responsible for prioritizing resources across marketing, paid acquisition, and engineering to grow the active user base of our sales products.

I was the second employee working in HubSpot's new sales product division. I was both an engineer on the team in its earliest stages as well as the product manager as it matured. I was responsible for developing many aspects of the initial product, communicating internally within HubSpot and externally with customers, and envisioning the direction for the product.

PrepWork acted as your personal digital assistant. Each day, PrepWork would send its users an executive summary for each person on their calendar. PrepWork collected information from around the web (professional and educational background, what interested them, and what was relevant for their job) so that its customers were the most prepared people in the meeting.It was acquired by HubSpot in February 2013.

I was the technical lead on an enterprise search cluster that housed hundreds of millions of documents and handled peak search traffic of 60 QPS.
