Additionally, I reviewed WES and WGS data using advanced bioinformatics tools to enhance diagnostic accuracy. I processed over 250 biological samples within three days and contributed to an upcoming client publication, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction. I implemented SOPs and safety protocols, ensured GLP compliance, and trained undergraduate and postgraduate students. Furthermore, I revitalized laboratory compliance by standardizing critical sample handling protocols within the BSL2 cabinet, maintaining proper biological waste disposal, and upgrading safety equipment. I investigated the effect of serum amyloid A (SAA) on the progression of triple-negative breast cancer to identify potential therapeutic targets. I managed the entire process from experimental design and execution to data analysis, resulting in three publications in international peer-reviewed journals.I conducted in vivo studies to examine SAA's role in triple-negative breast cancer, including tumor monitoring, blood analysis, and tissue evaluations using Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and multiplex assays. Additionally, I performed in vitro experiments with SAA1 gene silencing, evaluating effects through scratch assays, Western blotting, and flow cytometry, with statistical analysis conducted in GraphPad Prism.I also formulated a 3Rs-compliant animal study, providing essential tumor and mammary tissues for researchers and supporting the doctoral research of two PhD students.
