Currently working as a Principal Consultant in the Hobart RXP team. My primary role involves Agile Project Management, IT system improvement consulting and digital architecture.In addition to my primary role, I form part of the leadership team for the Hobart office, assisting in driving the direction and growth of our team.I have a strong technical background from working in the application development team in technical lead roles across enterprise CMS implementations.

I started my working career as a web developer working with ASP.Net MVC. Shortly after starting work I moved into the SharePoint team where I built and worked with SharePoint environments. This involved both frontend design and development as well as backend development and infrastructure construction.
