Leading the team to ensure team performance is maintained and enhanced during the period of my secondment. I am involved in the following activities:● Analysing data to identify gaps in colleagues’ performance and knowledge – creating detailed plans -including setting individual specific goals to help them unlock their potential whilst empowering them to grow ● Check for errors and inaccuracies – on agents’ cases to ensure insurance principals including - treating customers fairly is adhered to ● Delivered and orchestrated various session’s, I.E buzz sessions 1 to 1’s and team meetings ● Designed and delivered a buzz session to increase individual and team performance on upselling tools. The results were an increase in tools performance by 5.24% in July to 11.1% which exceeded the target by 3% as target is set at 8%● Take the lead programme – has supported me in better understanding the team – working collaboratively to identify solutions to obstacles and how these can be implemented in meeting a specific goal● Created a safe space to energize the team, which in turn helped to create a culture of a more open and dynamic environment to flourish in allowing colleagues to make mistakes and allow them to grow and learn from these
