As the Senior Process Engineer I work as the technical bridge between the Sales team and the Projects Division, responsible for the process, design and pricing elements of the tendering process. This includes developing the plant design and confirming that all specifications are met or that all exclusions are detailed.This involves applying best engineering practices to current and new projects to develop the best solution for our clients.

As the Projects Division Manager, I was responsible for the management of the Municipal Project team, which included budget management, approving purchases and variations and providing technical, management and commercial contractual advice. In addition, I assisted in client discussions and negotiations and assumed a mentoring role, where I mentored and coached Junior Engineers on technical and project issues.

As the Project Engineer I managed Industrial and Municipal projects up to $1.5 Million which included the coordination and management of fabricators, suppliers and sub-contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. This also involved site management of sub-contractors and contract negotiation and review.

Developed new systems for the company, worked closely with the Technical Manager to optimise current and new products. Designed and supplied aquaculture systems for numerous customers.
