Through understanding current challenges with the existing ITSM platform, along with business requirements, goals and objectives, I am able to architect a fresh approach utilising the many benefits of adopting and implementing Freshservice. We can review existing product configurations to provide areas of improvement and recommendations as well as providing an intimate approach to product support and expert advice by getting to know you and your business to enable you to unlock the potential in the platform through best practice and innovative solutions.------Given the nature of my role, I am the internal product owner and/or product specialist for several of our tools and platforms, including our ITSM solution, Freshservice, and our primary monitoring platforms, LogicMonitor & Backup Radar.
