-Provide admissions counseling to prospective and admitted students throughout the admissions cycle. -Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase the volume of students being admitted into the university.-Create and implement an effective strategy to increase enrollment.-Plan events, dinners, and receptions to connect with prospective and admitted students.-Develop and cultivate relationships with prospective students through telephone, email, texting, in person, and writing communications. -Analyze data to create an effective travel schedule to recruit students in areas with high interest.

-Assist the New Student and Family Programs office staff with any tasks regarding orientation, new students and families, as well as any other task needed by the Undergraduate Admissions office.-Prepare and assist with orientation sessions throughout the summer.

-Assist with planning and logistics for networking events, top investor events and signature events.-Develop graphics and posts for the Chamber's social media platforms.-Mass email communications marketing.-Event invoicing.

-Take professional photos and videos of menu items-Edit photos and videos -Make graphics for various social media platforms via Canva-Manage and schedule social media posts-Edit and manage a content calendar for various social media platforms

-Deliver exceptional customer service to guests at the bar-Maintain a clean and efficient environment behind the bar, even in busy or hectic times of business

-Train and share knowledge on what makes a good server and how to deliver "legendary" service to customers to come into the shop

-Deliver exceptional customer service, food, and beverages-Maintain and keep the shop, even during busy times-Work as a team with the staff to ensure excellent and efficient customer service

-Lead the organization and promote its mission to help raise money for St Jude's Research Hospital -Delegate work to different chair and executive positions in order to create fundraisers and events to raise money for St Jude -Act as a liaison between the members of this organization and the University/St Jude headquarters

-Assisting in the preparation for all orientation sessions-Guiding and helping students and families navigate the physical campus, as well as the university processes-Providing information regarding the variety of resources and opportunities available to students on campus-Help incoming freshman get acclimated to college life

-Work alongside the executive team of the Student Government Association to advocate for the students of the university

-Guiding and presenting the campus of UTC, as well as networking and connecting to prospective students and parents.

-Advocate for the student body of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga-Plan events and projects to engage our students

-Networking and connecting with other freshman at UTC.-Working as a team to be a voice for the freshman class, as well as organizing and planning events for students on campus.

-Schedule and lead service events for our local philanthropy Kids of Growth-Kids of Growth is my fraternity's local philanthropy where we go and serve children in the downtown Chattanooga area

-Efficiently promoting recruitment information on social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, etc.-Planning events to promote the fraternity to those who might be interested. -Networking and connecting with new or incoming students attending the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

-Networking and connecting with individuals of different organizations, as well as working along side them to plan events for both organizations.

-Delivering beverages and food promptly, while also maintaining excellent customer service relations. -Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment during peak and intense hours of operation, sometimes independently. -Training new employees to have high standards of customer service and product presentation.
