Daniel has 16+ years' leadership and BD experience, including 8+ yrs in startup and innovation and 8 yrs in Fortune500 MNCs. He has led startup companies to significant growth, incubated new businesses for listed companies, empowered many entrepreneurs with proven results and successfully built several innovative ecosystems. (1) During the 8+ yrs in entrepreneurial field, his former position (4 yrs) was the Head of CEIBS eLab, the startup accelerator of Asia's Top 1 Biz School. He revolutionized the strategic positioning and built a productive ecosystem empowering emerging companies with the knowledge, experience, partnerships, venture connections and more. 200+ startups are deeply served, 500+ solid business partners are developed and eLab is proud for its promising innovators until today.(2) Prior to his role in CEIBS, Daniel was a serial entrepreneur for 4+ yrs. He successfully exited 3 of his startups: two as founders and one as co-founder. He started the idea, brand and team from scratch, experienced 4 series of investments and managed 60+ employees at the peak.(3) Daniel coached many founders and CXOs in both entrepreneurial and intrepreneurial (mature companies or family businesses) areas. He also served top management in listed companies ranging from 2~20 billion Rmb annual Rev. Now he is the official startup coach for Shanghai Government, the mentor for China Ministry of Industry and Information Technology(ICDC Smart Automobile) and the Head of Strategy Committee and Independent Director of the Board for Shanghai Dragon(600630).(4) Daniel is a global talent speaking 4 languages: Chinese, French, Bahasa Indonesian and English. For work, he was located in France, Belgium, Indonesia, China and traveled in 20+ countries.He achieved his MBA master degree in CEIBS, studied Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Darden in America, and earned his bachelor degree of Telecommunications Engineering in China.(5) Prior to his experience in entrepreneurial field, he worked in a Fortune 500 company (Top 300, American) as the BD Director for Western China and Program Manager (3 yrs). He developed many new businesses and the top deal with investment amount over 850 million Rmb. Before that, he worked for a 150+ years well-known French family business (5 yrs) in Belgium and France, and later on became the Chief Projects Officer in China and successfully delivered many projects ranging from 30~100 million Rmb.
