Current-Provides technical support by performinginstallation, repair, and preventativemaintenance of personal computer andrelated software/hardware; Supporting: U.S., United Kingdom, India, France, Brazil, Dubai, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain, Indonesia, Netherlands-Trouble shoots software and hardwarefailures and identifies network problemswhen related to personal desktop computers;-Activities include recognition, research,isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps;-To ensure use of software applications inoptimal conditions within the company, byavoiding deterioration of existingequipment;-It is responsible of observing the internalprocedures related to the use of thedepartment’s equipment;-Using Service Now, Active Roles Console, Pulse VPN, GlobalProtect, Cisco telephone, VDI,Software Deployment, Okta Authentication, Remote Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, MAC OS, Atlassian JIRA, Concur, Confluence
