My product is responsible for the implementation and launch of automated features that enable our agents to provide the best roadside assistance experience for our customers.- Documented, developed, and launched an automated feature that replaced a workflow that was extremely manual and tedious for our agents and service providers. It is on track to save the business $2M+ per year. - Mapped and defined a large-scale platform initiative to optimize location resolution logic with our existing Google Maps API integrations- Defined and executed, and rolled out key product features including an improved customer mobile web app, integrated payments, updated Agent Dashboard, architecture for status tracking, and proactive agent alerts.
