Developed from an all-volunteer nonprofit to an organization with budget over $5m annually, serving over 400 students each summer in NYC and LA, mentoring students through college graduation, and launching a new national program in 2021.

Founded project to enable underserved students to enter the same pathways towards becoming scientists, mathematicians, engineers, and programmers as more affluent peers. From a start with 17 students in 2011, the program has grown to serve hundreds of students each summer in New York City and Los Angeles, and to provide year-round support and enrichment for many of the summer program alumni.

Founded non-profit organization that strengthens and develops college student organizations which run exciting educational programs for middle and high school students. Formed initial leadership team, led discussions on project goals and structure, met with sponsors and donors, developed image for company including writing all text on website and materials, and organized volunteer teams to provide resources to colleges.

Wrote scripts for and taught online classes. Wrote problem sets and additional problems. Reviewed graders' comments on problem sets. Moderated discussion forums.

Year-long: led staff hiring committees; organized design, printing, and mailing for 40,000 full-color brochures; evaluated student applications for admissions.Summers: supervised staff of 25 and conducted staff meetings; acted as primary contact with host college and ensured smooth operation of camp; worked with Executive Director to make major camp policy decisions.

Developed advanced (beyond calculus) curricula for gifted high school students and taught daily. Led individual student projects, including self-study, research, and computer programming. Acted as residential counselor; interactions with students were on a personal as well as professional level. Received distinction as top-rated instructor by students.

Day-to-day management of summer program, including organizational tasks (planning student travel, field trips, etc.), counseling duties (supervising high school students, advising, helping with social integration), and some teaching.
