*Security infrastructure for a Ghana Government entity. Network segmentation, creation of security, production and monitoring virtualized environments. *Finished a security assessment at the largest mortgage bank in LatAm. Did system hardening survey, virtualization, endpoint protection, DR/BCP plan.*Did a security hardening implementation at a government mortgage housing loans bank in Mexico. The project included training for the IT personnel, endpoint and server hardening, creation of secure images and help in implementing a DRP/BCP plan.*I was part of a team that helped a large government entity in Mexico (~100k users) to analyze and improve their security posture. My specific areas were technical and CISO-type training, endpoint protection, hardening, DLP and DRP. As the project progresses, I involve myself in other areas as needs arise.

Head and first manager of a 3-year Cybersecurity academy. Students earn a B.Sc. at graduation. Created the organizational structure, procedures and policies for the first two cohorts. Was deeply involved in designing and tweaking the curriculum. Managed a team of instructors from all over the world.
