Hi there! I'm Daniel, a graduate of Durham University with a degree in Physics and Computer Science. I'm currently a Co-founder of a stealth startup, passionate about utilising blockchain (specifically Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks), AI (focusing on Computer Vision), and other innovative technologies to address longstanding industry challenges.During my studies at Durham, I excelled academically, achieving a 4.0 GPA in my dissertation and leading my cohort in courses like deep learning and data science. My dissertation involved reconstructing popular computer vision models to detect COVID-19 from chest X-ray images, achieving state-of-the-art results at the time. My research also explores other areas in AI such as explainable AI and multimodal AI.Professionally, I have dedicated most of my time to being the Co-Founder of a stealth start up, where I led the development of a pioneering NFT-based ticketing system. Leveraging technologies to solve longstanding, painful problems in the industry.
