Scaling the concept of innovative workspaces from SAP Bay Area and HanaHaus to a new SAP location in Southern California. This included location scouting, ecosystem research, space design, employer branding and ecosystem partnerships to launch SAP's engineering and co-working presence in the growing Southern California market.

HanaHaus is a 100% subsidiary of SAP but was launched under the community-facing brand in partnership with BlueBottle coffee. As a the General Manager, I was led both SAP HanaHaus business operations with a team of 30+ employees, to create the best co-working and hybrid work experience in Palo Alto and Newport Beach. I was responsible for launching and operating two multi-million dollar businesses in a new industry for SAP, scaling them from ideas to sustainable businesses. We were the first pay-as-you-go workspaces focused on winning a large number of co-working users with the goal to build community first, developing new space concepts in iconic buildings. During my time at HanaHaus, 40,000+ customers signed up for our services.
